Foundation for Successful Living will be at the D49 Special Education Community Resource Fair. Come and say hello! This event is open to the public – all parents, staff, caregivers and students of all ages are welcome! This free event will include over 25 community resources: The Resource Exchange, Nursing Agencies, Transition Programs, PASCO, UCCS Inclusive Services, Special Olympics, Medicaid Waiver Services, Special Kids Special Families, Autism Resources, The Independence Center, Therapy agencies & many more!!
