FSL was created to foster a culture where clients can feel safe and supported while exploring and trying new experiences to facilitate their growth. Watching our clients make friends, laugh, and feel included and purposeful in their community is what makes us smile.

Connecting on many levels with our families and clients is an integral part to the success of the people we support.  

The FSL Staff

Our staff sets us apart! The individuals that work at FSL are smart, positive, creative, caring, passionate and dedicated. The staff members becomes invested partners in each client’s growth, and provide individual attention to meet the unique needs of the clients. The development of mutually inclusive and respectful relationships are foundational for nurturing growth and inspiring unlimited possibility.

Tricia Harris

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Tricia Harris is the founder and owner of Foundation for Successful Living. She is most known for beginning conversations with “I have an idea.”  Tricia is a licensed Physical Therapist in Colorado, and obtained her MBA in 2002. As a Physical Therapist, she has over 15 years of experience working with children in the public schools. She is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Foundation for Successful Living and spends her days running the “business” end of the organization. She attributes the positive energy at FSL to the competent and exuberant staff that work with the clients and in Administration. In addition to “running the business,” Tricia coaches the Special Olympic teams at FSL and is always looking for new and fun opportunities for the clients to participate in. Tricia says that hanging out with the clients is always what brings a smile to her face. 

Stephanie Pallas

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Stephanie Pallas is the COO at FSL and is instrumental in supporting all of our employees and clients in various ways. Stephanie is responsible for the administrative processes at FSL, including leading our Quality Management Program, performing billing and maintaining our social media accounts. The best thing about Stephanie is she juggles all of her many duties with professionalism and a smile on her face! We couldn’t do without her!
Stephanie has a BA in Social Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She has been with FSL for over ten years and is truly an asset to our company.
