FSL offers Supported Community Connections through the SLS and DD Medicaid waivers. In a joyful and creative environment we provide opportunities for individuals to discover their passions, contribute to their communities, and live their unique purpose.
Our Day Program coordinates meaningful volunteer opportunities and experiences that enhance the lives of our clients. With more than 10 volunteer sites ranging from food service to animal rescues to an auto shop, clients are encouraged to pursue interests of their choice. Additionally, individuals participate in fitness, recreational, and social activities.
Client to staff ratios are typically 1:4 and allow the individuals to learn, grow, become independent and contribute to the community in their own way. Day program transportation is provided by Envida and MetroMobility.
