The Landing @ FSL was developed to offer a structured three-tier system to include education, training and supports to allow a person with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities to live independently in their community.

Our goal is to teach our residents independent living skills and progress to an environment with fewer supports as the resident demonstrates they are ready. Individuals accepted into this program should strive to reach the goal of living independently.

Residents will live in apartments, single residential housing, and multi-family residences receiving the level of support that best meets their needs. In order to provide the best quality services, clients will pay a monthly tuition, which will include the cost of supervision, room and board. Clients will pay a monthly tuition which covers services and supports.

Group living with up to 24/7 supervision. Residents will have their own bedroom and share common areas. During this time we will assess the individuals needs and their ability to demonstrate safe living habits.
Residents will live with roommates who are also in the program, and have 24/7 access to support. Individuals will receive daily supports and have the option to participate with The Landing community for meals and social activities.
Individuals will choose their own living quarters within proximity to The Landing’s main residence. Living supports based on the clients needs, and checkins with the resident will be provided.

The Landing @ FSL is now open!
